2008 Highlights:(Cross Country) Opened the season with a time of 21:17.92 at the Illinois Intercollegiate (9/14/2007)... improved by over a minute with a time of 20:13.66 at the George Dales Invite (10/12/07)... completed the MAC Championship course in 20:47.0. (Indoor) Ran a indoor season best in the mile with a time of 5:42.13 at the Tadd Metzger Invite (2/2/08). 2007 Highlights: (Cross Country) Finished 20th (19:54) at the WMU Bronco Invitational (9/22/06)...was NIU's No. 2 runner (19:45) as they captured third-place at the UW-Parkside Invitational (10/14/06). (Track & Field) Cruised to a personal best in the 1,500-meter run (5:10.16) at the Toledo Collegiate Challenge (3/31/07)...raced to a personal record in the 3,000 meters (11:23.70) at the Jack Shaw Classic (4/21/07)...owned NIU's second-fastest time in the 5,000-meter run this season (20:04.00) at the MAC Outdoor Championships (5/12/07). 2006 Highlights: (Cross Country) Was NIU's No. 3 runner in her collegiate debut with a ninth-place mark of 12:21.88 at the Elmhurst Invitational...turned in the Huskies' second-best mark at the Bradley Open with a season-best time of 19:22...finished 45th overall at the Central Collegiate Championships with a mark of 19:54...was the Huskies' third runner through the chute at the prestigious Sean Earl Lakefront Invitational with a time of 19:44...finished 69th overall at the MAC Championships with a mark of 19:43. (Track & Field) Turned in a time of 5:27.72 in the 1-mile run at the MAC Indoor Championships (2/24/06)...ran the Huskies' third-best time the season in the indoor 3,000 meters with a time of 11:07.35 (2/16/06)...claimed NIU's second-fastest time in the 1,500 meters (5:10.55) at the SIU Spring Classic (3/25/06)...added a season-best time of 2:33.81 in the 800 meters at the same meet...earned a PR in the 5,000 meters (18:55.69) at the Kip Janvrin Open (4/28/06). High School: Was a member of Lincoln-Way Central's first-place 4x800 relay team at the 2005 sectionals...four-year letterwinner for the Knights...other accolades included three straight Most Valuable Runner awards and two All-SICA West Conference first team honors...named to the Honor Roll all four years of high school.
