2005 Highlights:Won the 5,000-meter run (18:54.58) at the Chicagoland Championships (2/18/05)...captured the 5,000-meter run title with a mark of 18:11.61 at the Central Collegiate Championships (4/23/05).

2004 Highlights:Placed second overall in the 3,000-meter run (10:42.52) at the Panther Open...finished third in the 5,000-meter run (18:14.43) at the Central Collegiate Championships (1/23/04)...captured a second-place finish of 10:32.88 in the 3,000-meter run at the Eastern Illinois Quadrangular (1/31/04).
