Prep: Trained at Energym Sports Campus in Sycamore, Ill, where she was a Level 10 gymnast for six years. In the beginning of her career, earned third place at Regionals and thirteenth place at Nationals in Level 10 competition in eighth grade. Her senior year, earned a first place finish at Regionals, as well as placing fifth on the vault at Nationals with a 9.6. She was equally impressive in the classroom as she earned high honor roll all four years of high school.

Personal: Daughter of Ron and Angie Dicus of Rochelle, Ill. Born February 11, 1987 in Rochelle, Ill. While at NIU, she is pursuing a degree in Math Education while aspiring to become a math teacher, as well as a part-time gymnastics coach. Her younger brother, Jon Dicus, is currently playing baseball at Kankakee Community College.
