NIU: Sat out 2006-2007 season as required by NCAA regulations... Earned Victory Scholar (3.50-4.00 GPA) status within NIU's Academic Excellence program. Previous School (Wisconsin): Saw action in 51 contests over the last two seasons for the Badgers and earned a reputation as a defensive stopper. Scored 2.1 points per game and brought down 1.5 rebounds per contest over her UW career. Averaged 7.3 minutes per game, hit 37.3 percent of her field goals and contributed 28 assists. As a sophomore in 2005-2006 - Played in 29 games for the Badgers in 2005-06, primarily in bech role but started eight contests. Averaged 14.4 minutes per game as a sophomore. Scored 78 points and dished out 21 assists. Averaged 2.7 points and 2.1 rebounds per outing and hit half (two-of-four) of her three point tries. An Academic All-Big Ten selection. As a freshman in 2004-2005: Averaged 1.2 points per game while playing nearly five minutes per game. Grabbed 15 rebounds on the year. Logged a season high five points against Ohio State (1-27-06) and a season high four rebounds versus Penn State (2-17-06). High School: Ranked the 155th best wing player in the nation by All-Star Girls Report. Holds Thornwood's women's scoring record with 1,163 points and grabbed more than 600 rebounds during her career. As a senior, named SICA-East Player of the Year All-Conference and was a three-time first team all-league choice. Averaged 15 points, 7.5 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 2.0 steals per game that season. An all-area choice by the Chicago Sun-Times, The Star, The Southtown and the Times. The Illinois Basketball Coaches Association and Champaign News-Gazette both tabbed her as a second team All-State selection in 2004.
