2007: Suffered a shoulder injury and a foot injury that limited him to four games on the year. Started the Temple (10-6) and Western Michigan (10-13) contests. Accumulated yards rushing, passing, receiving, on punt returns and kickoff returns during the year. Finished the season with eight catches for 89 yards to average 11.1 yards per catch, returned six kickoffs for 125 yards to lead the team with a 20.8-yard average. His 13.5 punt return average on three punt returns for 47 yards also led the team. Carried three times on the reverse for 40 yards. Totaled 295 all-purpose yards on the year to rank sixth on the team in just four games. Returned two kicks for 22 yards in season-opener vs. Iowa (9-1). Caught two passes for 16 yards and had one rush for 19 yards vs. Southern Illinois (9-2). At Temple (10-6), totaled season-highs of five catches and 63 yards. Accumulated 168 all-purpose yards in that game. Completed a 59-yard touchdown pass to Matt Simon in the Western Michigan game (10-13). Also caught one pass for 10 yards, ran the ball once for seven yards, returned one kickoff for 30 yards and two punts for 23 total yards in that contest. 2006: Made nine starts and played in 12 games. Led team with five touchdown receptions and was second with 30 catches for 406 yards. Posted team-best 18.9 kickoff return average totaling 321 yards on 17 attempts. and returned nine punts for 86 yards (9.6 avg.). Totaled 816 all-purpose yards, third-best on the team. Long reception was 42 yards against Miami and long kickoff and punt returns were each 41 yards against Ohio and Indiana State, respectively. Caught four passes for 87 yards, including 14-yard touchdown reception, and totaled four kickoff returns for 97 yards, including a 41-yarder, vs. Ohio (9-9). Hauled in career-high six receptions for 91 yards with a five-yard TD catch vs. Buffalo (9-16). Had 16-yard touchdown reception and totaled five catches for 56 yards at Ball State (9-30). Made two receptions for 55 yards, including 42-yarder, at Miami (10-8). Caught "highlight reel" nine-yard touchdown pass that was ESPN SportsCenter's "Play of the Day" against Toledo (11-7). Totaled four receptions for 54 yards and 17-yard touchdown catch at Eastern Michigan (11-24). Starter at wide receiver and returned three kickoffs in Poinsettia Bowl vs. TCU (12-19).
2005: Did not play. 2004: Played in all 12 games with three starts. Returned seven kickoff for 145 yards and totaled 10 receptions for 166 yards. Recorded one rush for three yards and completed one pass attempt. Had a 13-yard reception in collegiate debut vs. Maryland (9-4). Hauled in three passes for 61 yards and completed a 61-yard pass vs. Southern Illinois (9-11). Caught two passes for 48 yards vs. Iowa State (9-18). Returned three kickoffs for 73 yards, including 36-yard effort, vs. Western Michigan (10-23). Totaled two receptions for 31 yards vs. Troy in Silicon Valley Football Classic (12-30). High School: Selected team captain and MVP, first team All-Northern Indiana Conference, first team Elkhart Truth All-Area, and first team All-Region on Class 5A state playoff qualifier as a senior. Led team with 40 receptions for 804 yards (20.1 avg.) and set school-record with 11 TD catches during final prep season. Named team Most Valuable Runner in track and won 100 (:10.8) and 200-meter (:21.8) league dash crowns, anchored Sectional 400-meter relay champs, and qualified for state in 100 and 200 while anchoring third-place 400-meter relay unit as senior.
