2007: Saw action in the final eight games of the season. Made three starts for injured starter Dan Nicholson. Completed 67-of-127 passes - 52.7 percent - for 727 yards and four touchdowns in the first extensive action of his career. Threw five interceptions and averaged 90.8 yards passing per game. Started the final two games of the season at Navy (11-17) and vs. Ball State (10-14) after Nicholson suffered a concussion. Had his best game with a 24-for-44 effort vs. Ball State (10-14) which included two touchdown passes. Completed a 45-yard pass to Britt Davis to open a late-second quarter drive that resulted in a field goal in that game. Threw a season-long 46-yard touchdown pass to Matt Simon on the opening drive at Navy (11-17). Completed a career-best 60 percent (21-of-35) of his passes and threw two touchdowns in that game. Went 13-for-25 for 144 yards in the Western Michigan game. Completed 3-of-8 passes for 68 yards at Wisconsin (10-20), including a 38-yard bomb to Simon. 2006: Team's No. 3 quarterback most of the season. Saw action in three games and attempted one pass. Served as No. 2 signal caller in final two contests, including bowl game. Made collegiate debut late in game vs. Indiana State (9-23). Saw action in regular season finale at Eastern Michigan (11-24). Attempted first collegiate pass as substitute vs. TCU in Poinsettia Bowl (12-19).
2005: Redshirted. High School: Captain and Most Valuable Player as senior. Earned second team All-DuPage Valley Conference and honorable mention all-area after throwing for 1,850 yards and 11 touchdowns during final prep season. Lettered during final two years.
