2006: Played in two games. Made collegiate debut with seven-play outing vs. Indiana State (9-23). Appeared in six plays against Temple (10-21).

2004: Redshirted. Earned Academic Excellence honor for cumulative GPA through 2004-05 school year.

High School: Team Most Valuable Player as senior. Co-captain during both senior and junior campaigns while earning varsity letters each year. Also competed in wrestling. National Honor Society member as both senior and junior.

Personal: Born Jan. 11, 1986 in Monmouth, Ill. Sociology major. Made 3.0 cumulative GPA list through 2007 Spring semster. Son of Rodger Ellison and Carol Johnston. Admires Walter Payton. Enjoys playing guitar and reading.
