The Nelson Suite

This is NIU'S luxury sky box located in the Convocation Center. The suite can accommodate up to 70 people with seats outside the suite as well as inside. The view looks out at center court and provides the best viewing in the Convocation Center. The suite is available for rental for all men's & women's basketball games.

In addition to the Convocation Center's jumbotron system, closed circuit viewing is available with TV's in either corner of the suite. This allows for viewing the game and instant replays from any angle. While your group enjoys the suite's many amenities, no one will miss any action.

The cost of rental is $1500 men's basketball / $750 women's basketball and does include game tickets for 70 people as well as parking for 10 cars. Catered food as well as liquor is also available for an additional cost which is provided by the Convo Center. A full scale menu is provided from which to choose from. The cost of half a suite is $750 men's basketball / $375 women's basketball and provides seating for 35 people as well as parking for 5 cars.
